1. ISLAND OF BIŠEVO AND THE BLUE CAVE
Biševo is the first destination which we visit on the day trip. A small island near Vis is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches, numerous olive groves and vineyards, but the most famous sight related to Biševo is the Blue Cave. This beautiful wonder of nature is situated on the eastern coast of the island, in the Balun bay. It is an hour and half away by speedboat from Split, allowing visitors to explore the beautiful landscape. The visitors are often being accompanied by the groups of dolphins. The arrival at the Blue Cave is in the morning hours due to the natural phenomenon which the Blue Cave is characterized by. The sun rays reflected on the crystal clear sea "paint" the cave in thousands of shades of beautiful blue colour. At the entrance the visitors are accommodated in smaller boats because the entrance to the cave is only 1.5 meters high and accompanied by the captain they enter the cave. Inside the cave you will be welcomed by the marvellous blue natural cave ornaments and the glimmering blue sea, so do not forget to bring good cameras because the images inside the cave are breathtaking.
2. STINIVA BAY
Stiniva is a small and narrow beach on the south side of the island of Vis, but regardless of its size, Stiniva was declared the most beautiful beach in Europe in 2016 by the readers of "European Best Destinations" website and it is certainly one of the world's most beautiful beaches. A small bay with amazingly clear water is protected by two large rocks, which are ideal for jumping into water for the adventurous ones. The abundance of corals and the interesting underwater world attracts many visitors to try snorkelling, and we will provide you with snorkelling masks and snorkels. For those who are not good swimmers, there are also lifejackets on the boat so everyone could enjoy the allure of Stiniva. There are several uninhabited fishermen houses on the beach, whose architecture is characteristic of the Dalmatian islands, and the whole area is declared a natural reserve.
3. BUDIKOVAC
Budikovac is a small archipelago near the island of Vis, and it consists of the Veliki Budikovac and Mali Budikovac. It is an ideal place for those who want to enjoy the unspoiled nature, beautiful beaches and clean blue sea. Many people consider it a Paradise on earth because its lagoon is naturally protected from the open sea, providing ideal conditions for swimming and enjoying the sun. The ocean floor abounds with sea-urchins which is the best indicator of the quality and purity of the sea, and for those who, apart from enjoying the lagoon, want to explore this pearl of the Adriatic, there is also a domestic animal farm which is especially attractive for families with small children because they will see a large number of animals found there for the first time in their life.
